Mark's credentials are solid, from overseeing acquisitions & disposals, liaising with financial institutions, tax, legal / statutory compliance, company secretarial, insurance, financial reporting and leadership of finance and IT teams, his achievements include completion of multi-million pound acquisitions and divestments - achieving values some 25% higher than similar market transactions - and multiple, innovative major financial restructures. Guiding clients through tough decisions to ensure business continuance, he finds it tremendously fulfilling to help them find the right choices for their goals and circumstances.
